This notice explains how Freebies Community handles information when you visit the website, contact us or apply for an opportunity.
1. Information you provide
When you apply or communicate by email, you may provide:
- Your name and email address.
- Your social profile or creator portfolio.
- Your location and product-category interests.
- Campaign communications and submitted deliverables.
- A shipping address only when an accepted campaign requires product delivery.
2. Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard server information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time for security, reliability and basic logs. The current public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. This notice will be updated before optional analytics or LeadCraft website tracking is enabled.
3. How information is used
- To respond to applications and questions.
- To determine whether an opportunity matches your profile and interests.
- To communicate campaign briefs, deadlines and next steps.
- To operate accepted campaigns and maintain necessary records.
- To prevent abuse, protect the community and comply with legal obligations.
4. When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information.
- For an accepted campaign, relevant information may be shared with the participating brand or service provider only as needed to operate that campaign.
- Service providers may process information for hosting, email delivery or storage under their own contracts and privacy obligations.
- Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate campaigns, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of information that is no longer required.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop non-essential communications, by emailing sophia@freebiescommunity.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Third-party platforms
Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Temu, social networks, brand websites and other external services have their own privacy policies and terms. Freebies Community does not control their independent data practices.
9. Age requirement
The community and its opportunities are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect application information from children.
