Terms of Participation

These terms apply when you use the Freebies Community website, contact us or choose to participate in an opportunity. A campaign brief may include additional terms, which apply only after you accept that campaign.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into an agreement and meet the eligibility requirements stated in the relevant campaign brief. The current community is focused on participants in the United States.

2. Applications and selection

Applying is free. An application does not guarantee selection, products, compensation or future opportunities. You may accept or decline any opportunity.

3. Campaign briefs

Before acceptance, the brief should explain:

• The product and eligibility requirements.
• The requested private feedback, UGC or social deliverables.
• The platform, deadline and submission method.
• Product, payment or reimbursement terms, when applicable.
• Required disclosures and content-usage rights.

4. Participant responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and genuine experiences.
• Complete only deliverables you agreed to complete.
• Follow applicable laws, platform rules and required disclosures.
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, algorithms or search results.
• Do not make false, unsubstantiated or misleading product claims.
• Protect non-public campaign information.

5. Platform activities

Campaigns may involve product experiences, private feedback, UGC, social content, and sharing product-quality insights across supported platforms. The exact format, deliverables, and expectations should be explained clearly in the campaign brief before acceptance.

6. Content and usage rights

You keep ownership of the content you create. Any right for a brand or Freebies Community to use, edit, advertise with or repost your content must be stated in the campaign brief, including the intended use, duration and any compensation. No broad advertising licence is created merely by visiting this website or sending an application email.

7. Independent platforms and brands

Freebies Community is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by named marketplaces or social platforms unless a specific campaign expressly states otherwise. Third-party platforms and brands are responsible for their own products, services, terms and privacy practices.

8. Products and participation risks

Products and campaign materials may be supplied by third parties. Read labels, instructions and safety information before use. Do not participate when a product or activity is unsuitable for you. Contact the campaign representative promptly about damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.

9. Suspension or removal

Participation may be paused or ended for fraud, policy violations, abusive conduct, misleading submissions, repeated failure to complete accepted deliverables or conduct that creates risk for participants, brands or platforms.

10. Changes and contact
